Partnerships were formed with the Johnson & Johnson Quality Institute (now called the Process Excellence Institute) in 1992 and the Johnson & Johnson Knowledge Networking Group in 1999 - 2001.

Process Excellence: Now in its ninth year, the partnership continues to reinforce organizational improvement efforts at the university, to explore contemporary issues in organizational development and leadership, to promote the integration of leadership principles and tools, and to foster collaboration between the two organizations, drawing on the strengths and experiences of each.

Center Roundtable: The Center Roundtable is a forum for dialogue and information exchange among leaders in education, business, healthcare, and government on issues of relevance within their respective sectors and organizations. The Roundtable will also bring experts to campus to interact with university students, faculty, and staff through seminar sessions and public lectures.

Initiated in Spring 2003 semester, the first semester of this forum Roundtable was a collaborative venture of the Center and the J&J Knowledge Networking Group.
