Joseph Lopez, Training Director

Joseph Lopez is the Director of Training and Development for the Center for Organizational Development and Leadership at Rutgers University.

With a professional background in operational and strategic planning, Joe worked as a Project Specialist for The College of New Jersey’s Quality Improvement Program and as a Management Associate for New Jersey’s largest professional malpractice insurance carrier, The MIIX Group. He currently holds a position as an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business at Rider University.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey, and an MBA in Finance from Philadelphia University. He is the author of ODL’s “Process Effectiveness Framework” systematic process improvement model, oversees web-based assessment and leadership resources for ODL, and has partnered with faculty to develop leadership programming for the Student Leadership Development Institute.
