Focus is particularly on planning in higher education, though the framework presented has broad applicability.

Each phase addresses an area critical to ensuring a comprehensive planning process, and useful, dynamic plan. Additionally, all phases are viewed from three strategic planning imperatives:

1) Leadership - Your role in creating an environment for collective engagement in planning, implementation, and change.
