ODL Web-Based Assessment

More and more, academic departments and administrative units are looking to gather feedback from faculty and students and from those who use their services. ODL assists departments in these efforts by providing consultation in developing, executing and interpreting a variety of state of the art web-based tools designed to measure satisfaction, service effectiveness, and organizational impact.
